We have a user-friendly refund and cancellation policy to provide a seamless and stress-free online shopping experience.
- Orders can be cancelled before the product is shipped from our end. For Cancellations please contact the us on firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Order Cancellation”.
- For orders that are not acceptable, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. This can be due to:
- Unavailability of product
- Inaccurate pricing listed on website
- Any other reason, due to market conditions
If an order is cancelled after your payment is accepted, the full amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days.
- Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled. No refunds will be made on such orders unless the product is damaged or if a wrong product has been delivered.
Customers will be bound by our cancellation policy and shall not hold us liable for any losses incurred because of cancellation or return of the order.
We provide replacement of product at no additional cost in following cases:
- Products received in a damaged condition due to transit issues.
- Products with manufacturing defect
- Products that do not match the ones ordered
For any of the issues listed above, you must request a return within 7 days of delivery, by sending an email to email@example.com with an image of the received product. Please also mention your order number in the email. When the return is received by us, it will be checked and verified for the claimed damages and/ or defects. On acceptance of the complaint, we will ship the replacement product within 2 working days, subject to availability. In case the replacement cannot be shipped within 2 working days, we will refund the value of the product by account payee only.
